I don’t know about you, but knowing how helpful systems are does nothing to stop my brain from rebelling and wanting to do things in a whole different way whenever the whimsy takes me.

Think about all the different ways you’re talking with your clients in your business now. How many times have you had to go back and forth for things you know could have been simple?

Whether you take your notes on paper, in Notion, or write them in the sand, knowing your process ensures you can ask the same questions and get any necessary information no matter where you are or what tool you’re using.

I have learned, over the years, that I need to write things down or I will forget them. Often that translated to loose scraps of paper that then themselves got lost or forgotten about, and there isn’t a digital to-do list that I haven’t tried.

I have multiple different Notion dashboards with different variations of a to-do list database, I’ve got a to-do apple reminders list, an ongoing project list in google keep, automated reminders set up on an alexa, a dedicated notes app folder for freeform journaling, and a specific morning pages app.

What’s my secret? I’ll use any or even sometimes all of these at any given time.

Is this wide variety of tools and softwares sometimes difficult to maintain (i.e. find which list that reminder went on)? Sure.

But if I wake up one morning and think I might set on fire the next person who asks me to do something, no matter if that person is myself, I know that I have a journal where I can rant and rave and eventually come up with the priorities for my day.

If I know I’m going to be juggling many tasks and a lot of travel time on a specific day, I can use my calendar and my to-do list together to make sure I don’t forget anything and am not more than five minutes late to any place or appointment.

Unless something entirely new or world ending happens, I know I have the tools set up to meet my needs, no matter how they change or how much my mood or environment might be affecting me.

I developed System Structure sessions so that you can have that same kind of freedom too.

The structures we’ll outline together are the building blocks that you’ll plug into whatever tool you decide makes the most sense for you.

We’ll define your needs, identify where the gaps are between what you’re doing now and where you’d like to be, and brainstorm together to find solutions that work with you and for you.

Understanding each part and what needs it meets allows you and your systems to grow, scale, and change tools whenever you want.

These sessions are designed to help neurodiverse and creative people:

  • define their needs,
  • outline the building blocks and structures that will be most helpful,
  • and walk away with the confidence that you can change any aspect while still accomplishing your goals.

Our goal is to empower you to do your best work in the easiest way possible, whatever that looks like on any given day.

We’ll never to trap you into only using one software or build you systems that require our team to come in any time you want to make even a simple change.
